FBI document release brings fresh e-mail headache for Hillary Clinton

The FBI has released 58 pages of notes taken when Hillary Clinton was interviewed by agents about her use of a private e-mail account during her time as Secretary of State.

Mrs. Clinton told the FBI she was never warned about her decision to avoid using government e-mail systems.
