Clinton's emails not likely to be made public before Election Day

The U.S. State Department is downplaying any expectations that they will finish their review of Hillary Clinton's emails before November 8, Election Day in the United States.

Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while she was U.S. Secretary of State and whether she violated any American records laws is expected to come up during the first presidential debate at Hofstra University.

U.S. State Department deputy spokesman Mark Toner says the agency has already thrown a lot of resources at reviewing the trove of emails.
