Bosnian Serbs vote for controversial holiday

The Serbian population in Bosnia voted overwhelmingly to recognize a controversial holiday, in defiance of a decision by the country's highest court.

The vote threatens to inflame lingering tensions from the Bosnian war that shook the region in the nineteen nineties.
