At rally in Arizona, Trump says Mexico will pay for border wall

At a rally in Phoenix, Arizona Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump said an "impenetrable" border wall is a key part of his planned immigration policy, and said Mexico will foot the bill.

Trump said illegal immigration is worse than anyone realizes because of the failures of previous administrations in Washington. Under his administration, Trump said there will be tough consequences, especially for illegal immigrants who have committed crimes.
