Over two hundred cases of sexual violence and several dozen civilian
deaths in South Sudan last month, have been linked to local government forces and
soldiers. On Thursday, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human
Rights called for President Salva Kiir to commit to prosecuting the
perpetrators.
