BoE expected to cut interest rates


The Bank of England is  expected to cut interest rates on Thursday for the first time in 7 years. Data showed that the UK economy experienced a downturn following a vote by the British public to leave the European Union.

Mark Carney, the governor of the Bank of England, could also announce further measures to boost the British economy.
