White House issues civilian airstrike casualty count

The Obama Administration has revealed that US airstrikes have killed between 64 to 116 civilian bystanders, in areas not considered "conventional war zones".

This count does NOT include casualties from strikes carries out in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Syria.
