UK government nuclear power plant delay "bewildering and bonkers"

The British government has postponed plans to build the UK's first new nuclear power plant in 20 years...

The unexpected delay came on the same day French energy firm EDF approved around 23 billion dollars worth of funding for the Hinkley Point project.
