The UK will have a new Prime Minister on Wednesday, with Theresa May replacing David Cameron.
The current British Home Secretary becomes Conservative Party leader after her rival in the race, Andrea Leadsom, pulled out.
Mrs Leadsom says she didn't have the support within the party to form a strong government.
Mr Cameron will formally tender his resignation to the Queen on Wednesday and Theresa May will move into the famous Number 10 Downing Street address in London.
