Legal action over Article 50 trigger

A law firm in the UK is legal taking action to ensure the British government does not implement Article 50 - which triggers the formal exit of Britain from the EU - without an Act of Parliament...

The firm Mishcon de Reya says it would be unlawful for the next Prime Minister to begin Article 50 without a formal debate and vote in Parliament.

It comes as MP Boris Johnson criticises the government for not setting out the Brexit positives - as our UK correspondent Dan Whitehead reports...
