First Active Zika Outbreak in United States

The first cases in the United States have emerged of people infected with Zika through an active outbreak.

Officials in the US state of Florida say they have so far detected four people who are infected.

The three men and one woman are not sick enough to require hospital treatment.

They strongly suspect the transmission has come from infected  mosquitoes active in small area of Miami.

Florida Governor Rick Scott says they are trying to prevent a wider spread.
