FBI Recommends No Charges for Clinton Over Mishandled Emails

The FBI is not recommending that Hillary Clinton be criminally prosecuted, despite sending top secret emails on her pesonal account.

FBI Director James Comey called the handling of emails while she was  US Secretary of State "extremely careless".

Investigators  found evidence that foreign hackers may have gained access to her account.

The final decision on whether to prosecute the Democratic Party's presumed  presidential nominee rests with the Department of Justice.
