CAMERON: Lessons to be learnt from Chilcot report

The UK Prime Minister David Cameron has said we need to "learn the lessons for the future" following the Chilcot report.

The Report looking into Britain's role in the 2003 Iraq war concluded the invasion was based on 'flawed intelligence and assessments' that went unchallenged.

During Prime Minister's Questions, Mr Cameron told the house of commons we must learn from the past.
