Calls for more peace, fewer guns following week of violence

As the U.S. mourns the deaths of two African-American men and five police officers in Dallas, Americans across the nation are calling for change.

From the NATO Summit in Warsaw, U.S. President Barack Obama promised the issue of gun violence will be addressed, as well as the issues of racial inequality, sub-standard education and the lack of economic opportunity for all.

From the well of the U.S. House of Representatives, a clearly moved Speaker Paul Ryan said that everyone wants the violence to stop.

In Minneapolis, outside the Minnesota governor's mansion, Americans hoped the violence would stop.
