Vote Leave pledge new immigration plan for UK

With only a few weeks to go until the EU Referendum, Vote Leave campaigners say the UK could have a 'fairer, more humane' immigration system if it left the European Union.

Former London Mayor Boris Johnson was among those who said the current EU free movement rules were straining public services in the UK, and that an overhaul was needed.
