UN rights chief worries over spike in migrant detention in Europe, confinement of children

The UN High Commission for Human Rights is calling attention to a spike in the detention of migrants in Europe. 

Reid Ra'ad Al Hussein said he's worried about the growing number of confinement areas for migrants set up in Greece and Italy, and especially over the detention of children.
