North American Leaders Summit underway

US President Obama is in Ottawa or a summit with Canadian Prime
Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto.
Dubbed the "three amigos summit", the leaders are expected to discuss
a range of multilateral issues including trade.
