Human Rights Watch accuses Congolese peacekeepers of 18 killings

Peacekeeping soldiers from the Republic of Congo killed at least 18
people - including women and children - in the Central African
Republic, between December 2013 and June 2015. That's according to a
Human Rights Watch report on Tuesday that details findings from a mass
grave and other criminal evidence.
