Emergency funding for Zika care fails in U.S. Senate

Legislation to provide more funding to combat the Zika virus in the U.S. has failed in the U.S. Senate.

The news comes as Florida reports it's first confirmed baby with microcephaly, one of the most serious side effects of the virus.
