A member of the British Parliament is in critical condition in hospital after being attacked and shot in her constituency.
A witness says Jo Cox was shot by an attacker who reportedly shouted the nationalist slogan "Britain First".
She suffered serious injuries, and in the aftermath of the incident all campaigning in Britain's EU referendum has been put on hold.
This man witnessed the beginning of a scuffle on the street outside a library were Mrs. Cox was due to meet members of her Parliamentary district.
