Russia snubs Turkey’s proposal to mend ties

In an attempt to mend ties with Russia Turkey has proposed setting up
a joint committee aimed at normalizing bilateral relations. The
Kremlin dismissed the offer, saying it wants Turkey's apologies and
compensation for its military jet downed over Syrian border last
November. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
