Britain's Queen Elizabeth the Second has laid out the government's legislative agenda during the annual State Opening of Parliament, a ceremony full of pomp which dates back to 1536.
The 21-bill agenda includes prison reforms, dealing with extremism and paving the way for driverless cars and a spaceport.
Greater powers are proposed for the governors of six major prisons, while inmates could be allowed access to technology and even be able to serve part-time sentences.
The government put on hold a controversial proposed to replace the Human Rights Act with a British Bill of Rights.
The Queen outlined new proposals for increasing national security and cohesion.
