Britain's Queen Elizabeth the Second has laid out the government's legislative agenda during the annual State Opening of Parliament, a ceremony full of pomp which dates back to 1536.
The 21-bill agenda includes prison reforms and paving the way for driverless cars. From London, Catherine Drew reports.
