North Carolina's law, enacted six weeks ago, bans people from using public restrooms that don't correspond with the gender on their birth certificates.
Monday marks the deadline for the state to comply with the DOJ [Department of Justice] order.
But the state's governor Pat McCrory said this is a case of "government over-reach."
