UN urges Syria action after MSF hospital strike

The United Nation Humanitarian chief has urged renewed action in Syria
following an airstrike on a hospital, which killed at least 27 people.

The Medecins sans Frontieres center was hit by airstrike, killing 3
doctors and 14 patients.

Speaking to the UN Security Council via video link Stephen O'Brien
spoke about the deliberate targeting of hospitals.
