UN Secretary General criticizes EU migrant moves

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has condemned European
states for what he describes as "increasingly restrictive" policies
towards refugees.

Many countries in the European Union are tightening their borders in
an attempt to deal with the growing number of people seeking asylum.
