Pres. Obama wraps up last leaders summit on nuclear security

U.S. President Barack Obama is promoting the progress and all of the commitments made by the dozens of countries participating in the final leaders summit on nuclear security.

He's emphasizing that going forward, it's about transnational threats, and securing nuclear technology and radioactive material is just one facet of a larger problem.
