OBAMA URGES 'BREMAIN'

US President Barack Obama is urging Britain to remain inside the European Union, as he visits the UK.

President Obama is meeting the Queen to celebrate her 90th birthday, as well as the younger royals.

The agenda for talks at Downing Street includes fighting terrorism, the Islamic State, and pushing for stability in Libya.

But President Obama's visit comes ahead of Britain's EU referendum in June and he has written in the Telegraph newspaper that the UK is stronger as a member.

UK reporter Theo Usherwood says the President has made himself very clear.
