Germany critical of ECB monetary policy

The head of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, has had to defend his monetary policy of printing money and keeping borrowing costs low, after heavy criticism from Germany.


Politicians, banks, savers and fund managers in Germany are becoming increasingly vocal about the impact of low rates.
