Not a war crime - US punishes 16 for attack on Afghan hospital

The U.S. military is punishing 16 for the attack on the Medicins sans Frontieres hospital in Afghanistan in 2015.

But the Pentagon did not describe the incident - which killed 42  - as a war crime.
