Judges at the International Criminal Court are releasing their decision on whether to drop the case against Kenyan deputy president William Ruto.
He and his co-accused, journalist Joshua Sang, are accused of three counts of crimes against humanity for their alleged involvement in the post-election violence in Kenya in 2008 in which 1200 people were killed.
