Child migrant crisis prompts finger-printing proposals

Two U.S. federal agencies are arguing over whether finger-printing adults coming to claim migrant children makes sense, according to Reuters.

The U.S. is again experiencing another huge wave of children being sent north from Central American countries affected by violence and poverty.
