US, Saudi Arabia agree to sanctions against groups with ties to Taliban

Washington and Riyadh have agreed to sanction two groups and four individuals for providing material support to the Taliban.

The sanctions come even as Saudi Arabia continues to be criticized for its role in funding terrorism.
