US Military Commander Says Russia, Syria Use Migrant Crisis to Destabilize Europe

A top US military official believes Russia and Syria are using the immigration crisis to overwhelm and destabilize Europe.

 

This comes as Europe is under immense pressure to better handle the daily influx of refugees and migrants.
