US President Barack Obama extended sanctions imposed against Russia in 2014 over its interference into the civil conflict in eastern Ukraine. The Kremlin says it"regrets" the news. The European Union, despite divisions, also mulls prolonging sanctions against Russian individuals and companies later this year. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
