More than a third of people shot by L.A. police last year were mentally ill

A report has found that more than a third of the people shot by Los Angeles police last year were mentally ill.  The findings were part of an Los Angeles Police Department's long term analysis of their own use of force.  Arash Ghadishah reports from Los Angeles.
