Mitt Romney implores Americans not to support Trump

The last Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney has lashed out at current Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, accusing him of being a phony conman who would make American less safe.

In a speech at the University of Utah, Mitt Romney, who was defeated by Barack Obama in the 2012 election, implored Americans to vote for any Republican contender other than Mr. Trump.

He said, if nominated, Trump is sure to be defeated by Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton.
