Lebanon gets security boost from US and Britan

Lebanon's armed forces have received additional support from the United States and Britain to help better protect its border with Syria.

Fighting in Syria has periodically spilled into the country and international powers are concerned that Lebanon could get further embroiled in Syria's civil war.
