The Ukrainian military has revealed it is deploying anti-personnel mines in the restive region of Donbass in the East of the country. The practice, reportedly used by both the government troops and the pro-Russia rebels, is a setback to decades of international efforts to prohibit the use of explosive devices targeting civilians.
