Brussels airport set to partially open Thursday after terror attacks

Brussels international airport is set to resume flights on Thursday for the first time since terror attacks hit the departures terminal.

The airport's director is quoted in Belgian media saying they will only process up to 1000 passengers per hour down from a typical 5000.
