Brexit would leave UK "weaker and less safe"

A UK government assessment on a UK exit from the European Union says the country would be left "weaker, less safe and worse off"...

Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond says a vote to leave the EU in June's referendum would result in a "messy divorce".
