UN: Zika virus is declared an international emergency by World Health Organization

The Zika virus has been declared a global health emergency by the
World Health Organization. The UN agency's director, Dr. Margaret
Chan, addressed the press in Geneva early this week saying the
illness, caused by mosquitos, is a situation of international concern.
