UN confirms unsuccessful air drops of aid into Syrian besieged town

The United Nations has announced on Thursday that the first round of
air drops to Syria's besieged town of Deir al-Zour has failed.

The costly operation was the first attempt to air drop supplies into a
town besieged by the Islamic State.

Laura Cantekin reports from U-N headquarters in New York.
