UK PM Cameron: "real progress" on EU deal

The British Prime Minister David Cameron says a draft deal on the UK's renegotiated membership of the EU shows "real progress" but there is " work to do"...

European Council President Donald Tusk has published the document - which includes an "emergency brake" for EU states on in-work benefits for migrants.
