UK Justice Secretary says EU treaty not legally binding

The UK's Justice Secretary, who is campaigning for Britain to leave the European Union, says a deal reached with EU leaders to renegotiate the UK's membership of the EU is not legally binding.

The claims have been denied by the UK Prime Minister's office, as arguments for and against Britain remaining in the EU gather speed, ahead of a referendum in June.
