Parliamentary questions over Brexit campaiging

Britain's top civil servant is to be questioned by lawmakers in
parliament this week over guidance he issued that government ministers
set to campaign for the UK to leave the European Union should not have
access to certain papers.

Referendum-related material is to be withheld from ministers who are
arguing against official government policy of remaining in the block,
ahead of the public vote in June.
