President Obama has been speaking at the conclusion of a two day summit in California with Southeast Asian leaders, intended to improve trade and political ties.
The gathering at Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage aimed to solidify US influence in the Asia Pacific, since Mr. Obama has championed a foreign policy 'rebalance' towards the region during his presidency.
