British and EU diplomats in crunch talks over renegotiation deal

Monday is a crucial day for negotiations over changes to Britain's
relationship with the EU - after talks between David Cameron and
European Council President Donald Tusk ended on Sunday night without
agreement.
Diplomats in Brussels need to come up with a draft deal within 24
hours - to have it ready for the next EU leaders' summit on February
18th.
Elena Casas reports from Brussels.
