Bolivia's President Evo Morales will not run for another term

Bolivian voters have rejected a constitutional amendment that would have allowed President Evo Morales to run for a fourth consecutive term. 


According to the government's election website, over 99 percent of the ballots have been counted, and 51 percent of the population voted against the re-election of Evo Morales.
