Al Assad vows to retake whole of Syria as skepticism about ceasefire grows in Washington

Syrian President Bashar al Assad has vowed to retake control of the entire country and he's rejecting the UN's claims that he's committed war crimes.


Meanwhile the US government says it wants to see proof that Russia is serious about supporting a ceasefire in Syria that was negotiated only yesterday.
